On Sunday, June 6th, the Suffolk Sports Hall Of Fame recognized the top senior male and female athletes from each school. This year, the physical education department nominated Walter G. O’Connell Copiague High School seniors Justin Stewart and Hannalee Fordyce for the "Dellecave Award." The award is named in honor of one of the founding fathers of the Suffolk Hall of Fame.
