Seven members of the Walter G. O’Connell Copiague High School Distributive Education Club of America (DECA), under the guidance of advisor Louise Curci, placed in the top ten at the State Career Conference held this past March. The Copiague Chapter of DECA won two first-place trophies, a second-place and third-place trophy, and three top ten medals. Four students also earned an invitation to compete in the International Competition to be held this April in Orlando, Florida. Congratulations to:
